የሳውላ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ የISO 21001:2025 የትምህርት ተቋማት አመራር ሥርዓት (EOMS) የሥራ አመራር ግምገማ ስብሰባ አካሄደ!

ዛሬ የሳውላ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ የISO 21001:2025 የትምህርት ተቋማት አመራር ሥርዓት (EOMS) ትግበራን ለማጠናከር እና የትምህርትና ሥልጠና ጥራትን ለማሻሻል ያለውን ቁርጠኝነት በማሳየት የሥራ አመራር ግምገማ ስብሰባ አካሂዷል። በስብሰባውም የEOMS ትግበራ ሂደት ተገምግሟል፤ የአመራር ሥርዓቱ ውጤታማነት ተመልክቷል፤ ያጋጠሙ ተግዳሮቶችና ሊሻሻሉ የሚገቡ ጉዳዮች ተለይተዋል፤ የቀጣይ ሥራዎችን ለማሻሻል የሚያስችሉ አቅጣጫዎችም ተወያይተውባቸዋል። ይህ ሂደት ኮሌጁ ለጥራት ማረጋገጥ፣ ለቀጣይ መሻሻል፣ ለተጠያቂነት፣ ለባለድርሻ አካላት እርካታ እና ለተማሪዎች፣ ለኢንዱስትሪውና ለማኅበረሰቡ ፍላጎት የሚመጥን ብቃትን መሠረት ያደረገ የቴክኒክና ሙያ ትምህርትና ሥልጠና (TVET) አገልግሎት ለመስጠት ያለውን ቁርጠኝነት ያረጋግጣል።
ሳውላ ፖሊቴክኒክ ኮሌጅ ከTVET ስትራቴጂና ከISO 21001:2025 መርሆዎች ጋር በማጣጣም የጥራት ባህልን፣ የሙያ ብቃትንና ቀጣይነት ያለውን መሻሻል ለማስፈን በቁርጠኝነት ይሠራል።

Today, Sawla Polytechnic College successfully conducted a Management Review Meeting as part of its ongoing commitment to the implementation of ISO 21001:2025 – Educational Organizations Management System (EOMS).
The meeting provided an important opportunity for the college management to review the progress of EOMS implementation, evaluate the effectiveness of the management system, identify challenges and areas for improvement, and discuss strategic actions to enhance the quality of education and training services. This initiative demonstrates the college's commitment to quality assurance, continuous improvement, accountability, stakeholder satisfaction, and the provision of competency-based technical and vocational education and training (TVET) that responds to the needs of learners, industry, and the community.
